Helium is an extraordinary substance.
The gas enables an unmatched number of high-tech applications, from aerospace to particle accelerators, sophisticated medical diagnoses, to simple party balloons. In most of these applications it can simply not be replaced.
It is a fact: our modern world depends on Helium.
PRO delivers Helium as a refrigerated liquid as well as a gas in different qualities and packaging forms.
Not only for illuminated advertising: Neon
Neon enables complex processes in various applications.
Powering lasers and masers, voltage meters, and low temperature refrigeration systems, Neon is essential for various industries.
Still, the reddish-orange light emission that is typical for Neon lights has very special properties: it passes through water vapour; therefore Neon lighting is commonly used for security and signal lighting purposes on airports as it can even be seen through heavy fog.

Extremely rare and sought after: Krypton
In fact, Krypton is one of the rarest substances on our planet.
Nevertheless, this costly gas is used in a large variety of applications: as a filling of special lamps where it increases the lifetime and efficiency. It is used in certain lasers, in GM counters to measure radioactivity, as a contrast agent in medical diagnostics, and even as an anaesthetic. Even in space, Krypton has a role in powering ion drive engines in satellites.

Shining so bright: Xenon
Xenon is the bright star of our everyday life.
Used to light runways, for lamps in movie projectors, in strobe lights, etc., a Xenon lamp radiates 2.5 times brighter than a common halogen bulb. It also powers bactericidal lamps (because it produces ultraviolet light), various lasers, and is used to moderate nuclear reactions. Like Krypton, it can as well be used as a medical anaesthetic, and in ion drive engines for satellites and spacecraft.

Future energy source, and today’s talk of the town: Hydrogen
A staggering amount of 94 million tons of hydrogen is produced globally every year. The smallest part of it – in fact less than 1% – truly deserves the label ‘green hydrogen’.
Hydrogen has been, and is used, in innumerable applications in the industry and research for over a century. From rocket fuel, the main component for ammonia production for fertilizers, in leak detection applications, to the use as a refrigerant for extra low, cryogenic temperatures, hydrogen is a technological jack of all trades.
PRO can deliver gaseous Hydrogen in cylinders and aims to be able to provide refrigerated/liquid Hydrogen in Dewars in the near future.
